Cedillo Customs in Northern California builds drop-seat mini choppers that are scaled-down versions of the larger bikes. They use a 14 inch rear wheel that is machined specifically for their mini choppers. Once wrapped in a tire, they resemble a 250 tire commonly used on the big bikes. The front wheel is a 17x2.25 that is wrapped with a 17 inch. tire. Add a Cedillo Custom designed front springer, steel fenders and a custom tank and these are wicked lookin' choppers.
